027020 Lecithin Tween-80 Nutrient Agar
Usages:
For the determination of total bacteria in cosmetics.
Principle:
Peptone and beef extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; Tween 80 can neutralize phenol, hexachlorophene, formalin, and ethanol can be a combination of both; agar as medium coagulant.
Formulation（per liter）:
Peptone 20g
Beef extract powder 3g
Sodium chloride 5g
Agar 15g
Lecithin 1g
Tween 80 7g
Final pH7.3 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 51g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into flask,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
