HCM129 Cary Blair Transport Medium
Usages:
For collecting ,transporting and preserving microbiological samples.
Principle:
Sodium chloride and calcium chloride provide ion to maintain a suitable osmotic pressure; disodium hydrogen phosphate as buffer; agar medium as coagulant.
Formulation（per liter）:
Sodium sulfur Ethanol 1.5g
Disodium hydrogen phosphate 1.1g
Sodium chloride 5g
Agar 5g
Calcium chloride 0.09g
Final pH8.4 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 12.7g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into flask without autoclave.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
