HCM151 Wort Agar
Usages:
For cultivation and enumeration of yeast and moulds.
Formulation: (Per Liter)
Malt Extract : 15g
Dextrin : 2.5g
Agar: 17g
Ammonium Chloride: 1g
Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate : 1g
Final PH : 4.8±0.2
Direction:
Suspend 36.5g in 1L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Distribure into tubes or flasks. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
